Junior Account Manager (SDR)

Location: Solihull (Hybrid – 2-3 days per week in the office)
Salary: £35,000 OTE

Launch Your SaaS Sales Career

We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing SaaS business in Solihull.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to break into tech sales. You don't need previous sales experience – we'll provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed. What we're looking for is confidence, resilience, great communication skills, and a genuine desire to build a successful career in sales.

If you're motivated by targets, enjoy speaking with people, and want a clear route into an Account Executive role within 12-18 months, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engaging with potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound sales opportunities
  • Booking meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers across a range of businesses
  • Learning the SaaS sales process and developing commercial sales skills
  • Working towards individual and team targets in a supportive environment
  • Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
