Junior Account Manager (HF1349711)

Junior Account Manager – Manchester

Location: Manchester Salary: £28,000 base salary + up to £15,000 in OT bonuses Training: Full training | Career Path: Clear progression to Senior Account Manager and leadership roles

About the Role

We are seeking ambitious and motivated candidates to join our growing team as Junior Account Managers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their professional career, with:

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing business customers
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries and support
  • Identifying growth opportunities to enhance client accounts
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Conducting regular client meetings (phone, video, email)
  • Maintaining accurate customer and account records
  • Learning key skills in:
    • Account management
    • Customer success
    • Commercial growth
