About Us

We are Touchstone Accessories - a leading fashion jewellery and accessories supplier with offices in London, China, and Los Angeles. We partner with major global retailers to deliver trend-led, commercially successful collections - and we’re growing fast.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and fashion-focused Accessories Account Manager to join our dynamic team and drive sales across the UK and international markets. This role is ideal for a confident, creative, and commercially minded individual with strong B2B experience and established buyer relationships in fashion jewellery or accessories.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and Design team, shaping pitches, building partnerships, and growing key accounts through smart strategy, storytelling, and execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Create compelling pitches: Develop tailored decks, samples, and product stories that connect trend insight with brand DNA and commercial data.
  • Lead client meetings: Present collections and proposals to Buyers - confidently pitching and converting.
  • Win new business: Manage proposals, tenders, and negotiations to secure profitable new B2B accounts.
  • Grow existing accounts: Strengthen relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and drive repeat programmes across wholesale and concessions.
  • Build smarter ranges: Use sales performance and market insight to inform range planning and trend-right assortments.
  • Manage the Critical Path: Own timelines from concept to delivery, ensuring client drop dates are met.
  • Collaborate globally: Work with our Far East sourcing and production teams to align on quality, timelines, and client requirements.
  • Stay organised: Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, and performance reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
