Job Title: Junior Account Manager

Location: Chipping Norton

This is a Full Time & Permanent Role.

We are seeking a motivated and determined individual to join our team as a Junior Account Manager who will be responsible for supporting clients throughout their finance journey, build lasting relationships and helping to deliver a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to completion. Looking to further your career with an established and highly experienced intermediary making a defined contribution to its growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Support customers through the finance application process, explaining documentation clearly.
  • Liaise with lenders, dealerships and suppliers to progress finance applications efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using the company's CRM system.
  • Assist Senior Account Managers in managing customer portfolios.
  • Follow up on outstanding enquiries, applications and documentation.
  • Deliver an exceptional level of customer service throughout every stage of the customer journey.
  • Ensure all activities comply with FCA regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and strong interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to keep good records through our CRM system and operate good practice.
  • An outgoing personality with a team player attitude and ambition to win.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent eye for detail and ambition to go the extra mile and be recognised for it.
  • Full UK driving licence
  • The ability to analyse company information, understanding debt serviceability and appropriately structure deals.
  • Strong and confident negotiating skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales or account management is desirable.
