Role: Junior Account Manager

Salary: £32,000 + OTE per annum

Our client is a leading provider of managed network solutions, partnering with organisations across the UK to keep them connected, secure and operating at their best, they’re expanding their commercial team and are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support their growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll focus on both growing existing customer relationships and supporting new clients as they adopt advanced network solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients and supporting their long-term growth
  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers across various industries
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely support client needs
  • Tracking account performance, pipeline and renewal opportunities
  • Ensuring clients receive exceptional service and prompt support
