Their trusted platform serves household names, and as they scale to meet demand, they’re expanding the team by hiring ambitious graduates for their Graduate Programme as Junior Account Managers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients, supporting their long-term growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers across industries
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely support client needs
  • Tracking account performance, pipeline, and renewal opportunities
  • Ensuring exceptional service and prompt support for all clients
