Our client is one of the fastest-growing tech businesses in the North, posting 40% year-on-year growth. Their platform is already trusted by household names, and they're scaling quickly to keep up with demand. Now they're growing the team, hiring a cohort of ambitious graduates as Junior Account Managers on their Graduate Programme.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients and supporting their long-term growth
- Building strong relationships with decision-makers across various industries
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely support client needs
- Tracking account performance, pipeline and renewal opportunities
- Ensuring clients receive exceptional service and prompt support
