Job Description

Calling all Project Managers/Producers … if you’ve got a background in delivering complex marketing projects across multiple platforms and you’re searching for a new place to call home, we’ve got a lovely opportunity to work across a portfolio of exciting global brands.

You’ll be a force to be reckoned with when it comes to getting the job done, across on and offline channels, from concept to execution. You’re great at managing multiple projects under pressure, getting the team organised and supporting the senior team. And you’ll be great to have around!

Our Approach

Strategically-led, integrated all-over-it-ness. Brought to life with game changing creative. We put our client services and project management team at the heart of the agency, drawing on specialisms across all channels.

Why would you want to work here?

You’ll be joining our London team who are committed to delivering stand out, modern work for blue chip clients across a wide range of disciplines including planning, research, creative, media and digital.

McCann Demand is an agency of its own, but also very much an extension of McCann Central, the UK’s largest integrated agency with over 500 individuals working together to help brands play a meaningful role in people’s lives.

We are also part of McCann Worldgroup, a global agency network that delivers culture-shaping work for some of the world’s biggest brands.

And to add to the (literal) wheelbarrow full of awards we’ve got including Euro Effies most effective global agency, Cannes Network of the Year, Campaign’s European Integrated Agency of the Year, not to mention McCann Central’s haul of awards in recent years at Cannes Lions, Clios, One Show, D&AD, LIAs, Golden Drum & Creative Circle Awards. So creativity really is at the forefront of everything we do.

Requirements

You’ll develop good relationships with the Creative/Design department, Artworking Studio and Account Management, be client facing, campaign aware, and embrace collaboration with multiple partners and stakeholders both internally and externally. Challenges and unknowns should be welcomed and relished.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
