About the Role: Digital Sales Account Manager

As a member of our Digital Sales Account Management team, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment focused on selling our innovative software solutions. Your role will be pivotal in empowering customers to achieve their missions effectively.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Achieve SaaS sales targets, including building a robust pipeline of new opportunities and cross-selling our diverse product portfolio.
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with existing customers, engaging with them at all levels and deeply understanding their business plans and expectations.
  • Respond quickly to enquiries, providing constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members, supporting their campaigns, attending exhibitions, and hosting seminars to propose innovative sales ideas to customers.
  • Campaign proactively across your customer base, cross-selling our solutions and adapting our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Maintain up-to-date Salesforce records, ensuring our administrative processes run smoothly.

Key Skills and Experiences

  • Preference for experience in a BDR/SDR role.
  • Background in B2B sales or target-driven account management, with a proven ability to succeed in competitive environments.
  • Experience selling and demonstrating software solutions through digital platforms is beneficial.
  • A track record of proactively making outbound calls to prospects or clients.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a strong drive to exceed personal and professional goals.
  • A solid understanding of business processes and practices.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
