Junior Account Manager

The Role CAP-Hpi Solera, is a global leader in risk and asset management data and software solutions serving over 230,000 customers in more than 100 countries. We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Team in Leeds with hybrid working. The roles focuses on 4 key areas of: Retention Enhancements Customer relationship management New Business

As an Account Manager, you would work within our Dealer Groups Sector, based at our Leeds Office. You will be responsible for managing a large, established portfolio of over of mainly AM250 Franchised Motor Dealers, alongside a selection used car dealers. Your Portfolio is expected to deliver revenue totalling £3.2 million this year. The role will involve customers who take both cap and hpi products via annual and rolling contracts. You will work to an agreed target that has broken down and phased across the quarters of our financial year that runs form 1st of April 2025 to 31st of March 2026.

What You’ll Do In your role as Account Manager you will work individually but also be able to with your Team and colleagues to ensure that: Make & receive calls to all customers establishing needs and demonstrating appropriate solutions Maintain relationships throughout the customer lifecycle retaining customers whilst minimizing costs Preparing and delivering your portfolio's renewals monthly via Salesforce, but also manually in some cases. Account Analysis of your portfolio Enhance and grow your Portfolio Monitor, analyse research and convert new business leads when presented to you Hunter/Farmer role for all elements of Account Management of your portfolio
