About Us

We’re a fast-growing global financial services company looking for ambitious, driven individuals who want to build a successful career in sales.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into a high-performance sales environment. Whether you have previous sales experience or have worked in a customer-facing role, we’re looking for people with the right attitude, resilience, and hunger to succeed.

No experience in financial markets is required – we’ll provide full training, ongoing coaching, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with genuine progression.

If you’re motivated by earning commission, developing your sales skills, and building a successful career, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for speaking with both new and existing clients, helping them get started and building long-term relationships.

You’ll work with a combination of new client enquiries and dormant client data, assisting clients with opening and funding their accounts, explaining promotions and bonuses, and re-engaging clients who have stopped trading. This is a target-driven sales role where you’ll be expected to build relationships, identify opportunities and consistently achieve performance targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
