Responsibilities
- Account Administration – Supporting established clients with financial services, appointments, and enquiries
- Cross-Selling Initiatives – Identifying opportunities to expand value with current accounts
- New Business Development – Engaging and converting leads into clients
- Market Engagement – Representing the organisation in internal/external settings, strengthening client relationships
- Data-Driven Optimisation – Assisting with performance tracking and proposal automation via systems like Hubspot
