The Junior Administrator will assist in preparing basic documents and reports, maintaining office supplies, and supporting senior staff with routine tasks and client requests. The position also includes data entry, checking information for accuracy, and following established procedures to ensure efficient office operations. This role is suited to someone who is eager to learn, can follow instructions carefully, and is comfortable working in a structured office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong basic administrative skills, including data entry, document preparation, and file organization.
- Good communication skills, including clear written communication, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to respond promptly to emails.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- General office technology skills, including familiarity with email tools, web browsers, and common productivity software (e.g., word processing and spreadsheets).
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to follow procedures and learn new systems.
