Junior Aerodynamics Performance Engineer
As a Junior Aerodynamics Performance Engineer, you will play a vital role in the development of our Formula One car.
Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing aerodynamic performance, utilizing CFD, wind tunnel, and track data.
Working collaboratively with other engineering groups, you will translate your insights into tangible performance gains, contributing to our team's success on the track.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Can
- Design and analyse aerodynamic components using CFD and wind tunnel testing.
- Optimise aerodynamic performance to improve overall vehicle efficiency and stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate aero insights into car design.
- Analyse track and test data to identify performance gains and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with F1 regulations while supporting testing, reporting, and innovation

The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of aerodynamics and fluid dynamics principles.
- Experience with CFD, wind tunnel testing, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated, with a passion for Formula One.
