Creep are looking for a Junior #AfterEffects Generalist with a strong eye for design to join the team on an initial 2 month contract, with the potential for extension.
You’ll be working within a close-knit team of artists, reporting directly to two senior department leads across Motion/3D and 2D/Nuke Compositing. The role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and broaden your skills across disciplines in VFX/Motion and Design, gain experience in different softwares, and develop yourself into a well-rounded creative generalist.
We’re looking for someone with solid After Effects skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for design and animation. You should enjoy recreating and exploring emerging trends in visual media, be keen to learn new techniques and have a strong understanding of contemporary motion design across traditional and modern media formats. We’d love you to have your finger on the pulse of the newest Netflix graphics and ability to reproduce social media UI.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
