Junior AI Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a Junior AI Implementation Specialist to join our current project supporting a London-based financial services client. This role is focused on making AI tools practical for a busy leadership team that needs to improve how they manage information and projects. You will work within our fully remote team to ensure that the client can use these technologies to support their daily decisions and workflows without adding unnecessary complexity.

About the Role

At Olive Tree, we believe that technology should make management quieter, not louder. We are currently helping a major financial firm organize their decision making and meeting rhythms. This role exists to help bridge the gap between their current habits and the possibilities of AI-assisted work. Your work is not about complex coding or software development. Instead, it is about how people actually use tools to get through their workday more effectively. You will be helping to build the habits and the written documentation that allow leaders to trust their digital assistants and keep their projects moving. This is a permanent position that provides a space for someone at the start of their career to learn how technology and management intersect.

What You Will Do

  • Draft and test prompts to help client leaders summarize meeting outcomes and extract specific action items.
  • Assist in the creation of a central library of plain English instructions for common administrative tasks.
  • Check the accuracy of AI outputs to ensure they meet our standards for clarity and precision.
  • Update internal project records to include new tool updates or changes in our methodology.
  • Write clear, simple documentation that explains how to use specific tool setups for the client team.
  • Coordinate with our consulting team to identify areas where manual data entry can be replaced by automated workflows.
  • Maintain the project memory by recording decisions made during our weekly remote implementation sessions.
  • Support the rollout of new features by organizing the written material used to train client staff.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We Are Looking For

  • An ability to write in plain English without using filler words or corporate jargon.
  • A natural curiosity about how large language models function in a professional work setting.
  • High attention to detail, especially when reviewing short documents for small errors or inconsistencies.
  • The self-discipline to manage your own tasks and schedule within a fully remote workplace.
  • A calm and methodical approach to solving problems when a tool does not behave as expected.
  • The ability to explain a simple technical process to someone who may not be comfortable with new technology.
  • Honesty and directness about what is working and what is causing friction in a process.

Helpful Background

  • A recent degree or equivalent experience in communications, information science, or a business-related field.
  • Familiarity with common generative AI tools for writing, research, or basic data organization.
  • Experience using cloud-based productivity tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
  • Some history of working on projects where you had to record notes or keep track of group decisions.
  • A basic understanding of how financial services organizations tend to be structured.

What the Role Offers

Working at Olive Tree means joining a team that values quiet, focused work over frantic activity. This position is fully remote, meaning you have the flexibility to work from your own space while staying connected through clear written communication. We offer a paid role with a salary that is competitive for the entry-level market. You will gain direct experience working on high-level advisory projects for global financial organizations and learn a unique approach to management that focuses on structure and memory rather than just software.

About Olive Tree Consulting

Olive Tree Consulting Group is a focused advisory practice that helps leadership teams solve recurring management issues. We typically work on the space between strategy and daily execution. A team can have very capable people and still find that decisions keep reopening, priorities stall, or responsibility remains unclear. These are rarely personality problems: they are structural habits that have not kept up with the company growth. We favor practical changes over large-scale programs. Our work involves looking at how decisions are made, how meetings are run, and how ownership is recorded. We prefer useful written notes and clear ownership over polished presentations and vague alignment. Good advisory work should make things plainer and leave the team with a rhythm they can continue on their own.

The firm is built on the principle that memory is not a management system. We help teams create the smallest possible written record to support their work so that important follow-up does not depend on who was in the room or who has the best memory. The goal is a quieter management pattern that makes the existing work easier to lead. You can learn more about our approach at https://olive-tree-consulting.com.
