The Role
- Contribute to data models supporting credit decisions, origination, portfolio analysis, and investor reporting
- Build and improve dbt models and transformations in collaboration with analysts and stakeholders
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure effective data modelling and usage
- Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of data transformation pipelines
- Support the scaling of data infrastructure as the business continues to grow

What You'll Need
- Solid SQL skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Experience with dbt or ELT pipelines
- Collaborative work style and clear communication with diverse stakeholders
- A developing understanding of data modelling for reliability and usability
- Comfort using AI tools to increase efficiency and quality
