Junior Application Support Analyst
Associate Application Support Analyst
hackajob in collaboration with System C is looking for a passionate professional to join their Application Support team.

We’re hiring an Associate Application Support Analyst to help local authorities maximise the value of our market-leading education and social care software. Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line support for customer incidents using Jira
- Investigate and resolve technical issues using logs, SQL, and diagnostic tools
- Work closely with Product, Development, and third-party partners
- Replicate issues to identify bugs and support long-term fixes
- Communicate with customers clearly and regularly
- Take ownership of assigned customers, ensuring timely resolutions within agreed SLAs
- Support both hosted and on-premise systems

Requirements
You Will Bring
A combination of enthusiasm, curiosity, and the willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A basic understanding of IT systems or software (preferred)
- Interest in SQL or programming concepts
- A proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership of tasks
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively
- (Helpful but not essential) Familiarity with Jira, server environments, or remote support tools
