Role purpose
To support the growth and performance of a growing portfolio of four restaurant sites by ensuring operational excellence, strong team performance and consistent guest experience standards. The role exists to drive sales, develop people and create systems and discipline that enable the business to scale effectively.
Key accountabilities and daily responsibilities
Level*
- Own day-to-day operational performance across four restaurant sites and ensure smooth and effective running of each location
- Support Restaurant Managers in achieving sales, labour and profitability targets through strong operational planning and performance management
- Drive sales growth through execution of company initiatives, local marketing activity and operational improvements
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including sales, labour %, productivity, customer satisfaction and operational KPIs
- Lead, motivate and develop site management and restaurant teams to create a positive, high-performing culture
- Recruit team members and managers where required, ensuring the business attracts strong talent as it grows

Supporting
- Ensure all sites consistently deliver excellent service standards and customer experience
- Carry out regular site visits, operational reviews and audits to identify opportunities and areas requiring action
- Maintain and enforce food safety, health and safety, legal and company compliance standards across all sites
- Ensure opening, closing and daily operational procedures are followed consistently
- Work with site managers to improve scheduling, staffing levels and labour efficiency
- Support stock management processes including waste reduction, ordering and cost control

- Create action plans and follow up on operational issues, customer feedback and performance gaps
- Produce and communicate clear performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership

- Work closely with the Fractional Operations Director/Advisor to receive coaching, support and structured development for future progression into a senior leadership role
Experience and skills required
Essential
- 3–4 years of restaurant management experience, ideally within fast-paced multi-site or hospitality environments
- Strong operational understanding of restaurant management
- Experience leading, motivating and developing teams
- Recruitment and training experience
- Ability to deliver targets and improve business performance
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using reporting and operational KPIs to drive decisions
- Full flexibility to travel regularly between sites – UK driving license
Desirable
- Previous multi-site management exposure
- Experience within a growing hospitality brand
- Ambition to progress into senior operational leadership roles
