Ready to Kick-Start Your Career?

If you've spent around a year working in an office or administrative role and you're looking for something with real variety, responsibility, and room to grow, we'd love to hear from you. A university degree isn't required, and we don't expect you to know everything already. We're looking for someone who's curious, organized, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a long-term career. If you're the sort of person who gets stuck in, asks questions, and looks for better ways of doing things, you'll fit right in.

About Us

We’re a team of independent, data-driven experts helping organizations make sense of complex network and telecoms services. Our mission is to give businesses the clarity and confidence they need to get the best from their technology. We work with major organizations across all sectors, offering unbiased, expert advice based on deep market insight because we’re not tied to any vendors. Our consultants guide customers through every step of the journey; from shaping strategy and running procurement processes, to negotiating contracts and managing services over time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
