This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong motor handler looking to progress their career within a leading insurance practice, while also taking on early supervisory responsibilities.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of motor claims (predominantly credit hire) and play a key role in supporting and supervising junior colleagues handling lower value claims.

  • Draft pleadings, witness statements, and advise clients on strategy and risk
  • Deliver commercially focused and pragmatic advice to insurer clients

Supervision & Team Support

  • Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to paralegals and junior handlers dealing with low-value motor claims
  • Review work, provide feedback, and support development of team members
  • Assist with training, coaching, and process improvement initiatives
  • Act as a point of escalation for technical queries within the team

Client & Operational Delivery

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key insurer clients
  • Ensure compliance with client SLAs, KPIs, and reporting requirements
  • Contribute to process efficiency and continuous improvement within the volume claims environment
  • Support management with team performance and workflow oversight

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
