We are looking for a proactive professional to support and maintain enterprise collaboration technologies in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine health checks and operational support for Video & Audio Conferencing (VAC) systems, meeting rooms, and auditoriums.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AV/UCC issues, escalating to vendors when required.
  • Log and track incidents with hardware and software vendors.
  • Monitor and manage Cisco collaboration solutions and Condeco scheduling systems.
  • Schedule and configure video conferences between internal offices and external organizations.
  • Provide support for VIP meetings, executive video conferences, and corporate events.
  • Monitor and manage auditorium bookings and event-related AV requirements.
  • Deliver hands-and-feet support for incidents raised through the Global Service Desk (GSD).
  • Configure presentation setups and audio/video conferencing requests.
  • Manage and monitor ScreenCloud digital signage displays and resolve failures.
  • Administer Cloudbooking platform, including onboarding, modifications, and troubleshooting.
  • Support MultiTaction environments and assist with integrations and functionality requirements.
  • Manage and support video walls and collaboration technologies across office locations.
  • Configure and support Microsoft Teams Rooms, including room panels, displays, and additional service features.
  • Assist with hardware and software upgrades for Video Conferencing equipment and collaboration platforms.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations across all services within the UCC support scope.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) environments
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Video Conferencing solutions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) administration and support
  • Experience with Condeco, Cloudbooking, or similar room booking platforms
  • Understanding of AV technologies, meeting room systems, and auditorium setups
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
  • Experience supporting executive/VIP meetings and corporate events
  • Knowledge of digital signage solutions such as ScreenCloud
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
