Junior Bartender

Position Summary
As a Junior Bartender at Booking Office 1869, you’ll play a supportive role in delivering exceptional bar service while contributing to seamless daily operations. Working alongside senior team members, you’ll assist in crafting memorable guest experiences through friendly, attentive service. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and committed to growing within a high-quality bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the bar team in delivering smooth and efficient service across all trading periods.
- Assist in preparing and serving beverages while ensuring consistency and high presentation standards.
- Comply with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Help with stock management, including restocking, monitoring levels, and reducing wastage under supervision.
- Assist in executing promotions and seasonal offerings to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and bar mise en place for operational readiness at all times.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to build skills and beverage knowledge.
- Support accurate transactions and cash handling as per company policies.
- Engage warmly with guests, delivering friendly, professional service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel bar preferred.
