Junior Brand Manager | FMCG | Market Related Salary | High Ownership Role
We’re looking for a Junior Brand Manager who’s ready to take real ownership. This is not a support role — you’ll be responsible for delivering campaigns, leading innovation projects, and working cross-functionally to drive brand and commercial performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning brand campaigns from planning through to execution and evaluation
- Leading innovation projects from concept to launch
- Working closely with Sales to drive in-store performance and growth
- Analysing performance data and shaping recommendations
- Managing agencies and delivering projects end-to-end
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years’ FMCG marketing experience
- Currently operating at Marketing Executive / Assistant Brand Manager level but already taking ownership of projects
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with data
- Someone proactive, accountable, and comfortable working independently
