Assistant EMEA Marketing Specialist (Bioré) – Consumer Care

About the Role
This role supports the development and coordination of EMEA Bioré marketing strategies to drive Net Sales and Business Profit.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with global and local teams to ensure:
- Global strategies align with EMEA guidelines
- Local needs are effectively catered to
- Develop briefs for monthly EMEA social content and NPD (New Product Development) launch content
- Analyse the brand’s performance on a monthly basis and propose corrective actions as needed
- Lead the preparation of EMEA reports for Japan, including:
- Data analysis on the skincare category
- Support for EMEA Skincare Marketing Manager in:
- Stage Gate initiatives (collaboration with global, local, and cross-functional teams)
- Presentation of topics in monthly country meetings and quarterly forums
- Project support and assistance to the Line Manager in related initiatives

Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA Hons) or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in marketing, preferably FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Accuracy in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyse data and derive insights
- Planning & project management skills with a collaborative approach
- Strong ability to:
- Build cross-cultural relationships
- Work cross-functionally with diverse teams
