Junior Brand Manager, Skincare

Assistant EMEA Marketing Specialist (Bioré) – Consumer Care

About the Role

This role supports the development and coordination of EMEA Bioré marketing strategies to drive Net Sales and Business Profit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with global and local teams to ensure:
    • Global strategies align with EMEA guidelines
    • Local needs are effectively catered to
  • Develop briefs for monthly EMEA social content and NPD (New Product Development) launch content
  • Analyse the brand’s performance on a monthly basis and propose corrective actions as needed
  • Lead the preparation of EMEA reports for Japan, including:
    • Data analysis on the skincare category
    • Support for EMEA Skincare Marketing Manager in:
      • Stage Gate initiatives (collaboration with global, local, and cross-functional teams)
      • Presentation of topics in monthly country meetings and quarterly forums
      • Project support and assistance to the Line Manager in related initiatives

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA Hons) or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in marketing, preferably FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Accuracy in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyse data and derive insights
  • Planning & project management skills with a collaborative approach
  • Strong ability to:
    • Build cross-cultural relationships
    • Work cross-functionally with diverse teams
