Junior Business Analyst
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)

Our client is seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join its Business Systems team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of technology and business change initiatives, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to improve processes, deliver innovative solutions and support the implementation of new systems.
Working alongside experienced Business Analysts and technology professionals, you'll gain exposure to a variety of projects spanning business applications, data, integrations and process improvement, making this an ideal role for someone looking to develop their career within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a Junior Business Analyst, you'll play an important role in the delivery of technology and transformation projects, helping to capture business requirements, analyse processes and support the successful implementation of new solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the discovery phase of projects by engaging with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Assisting with workshops, interviews, process mapping and data analysis to understand business needs.
- Producing high-quality documentation including business requirements, process flows, user stories, specifications and wireframes.
- Working closely with developers, project managers and third-party suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supporting solution design, testing and user acceptance activities to ensure successful delivery.
- Identifying opportunities to improve business processes through technology.
- Assisting with business cases, project documentation and implementation planning.
- Supporting user training, documentation and post-implementation activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and becoming a trusted member of the Business Systems team.

About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys solving problems and is keen to develop a long-term career in Business Analysis.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst, Junior Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Experience gathering business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops or process analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience producing business documentation such as requirements, process maps or user stories.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel.
- Exposure to tools such as Power BI, SQL, APIs, wireframing or process modelling would be advantageous.
- An interest in AI tools and how they can improve business analysis processes.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
