About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Business Development Associate to join our Newcastle team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for anyone eager to support business operations, address performance bottlenecks, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across active campaigns.
The role is perfect for those aiming to:

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to KPI enhancement and average performance improvement

- Participate in public speaking sessions focused on KPI improvement strategies
- Attend networking events and industry conferences
- Represent leading brands through face-to-face customer interactions
- Assist with daily operational coordination and campaign tasks
