Junior Business Development Executive

Bristol (Hybrid)
£35,000 - £39,000 + benefits including annual bonus

Are you an ambitious B2B sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and creating new business opportunities?

We're working with a growing, forward-thinking organisation looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to help drive commercial growth. If you have experience in B2B sales, outbound business development or lead generation and enjoy speaking with decision makers, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships and contributing to the company's continued success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identifying and engaging new B2B prospects through outbound activity.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers.
  • Creating and qualifying new business opportunities for the sales pipeline.
  • Working closely with internal teams to support business growth.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and identifying commercial opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation or outbound sales.
  • A proven track record of generating new business opportunities.
  • Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Excellent communication, questioning, and relationship building skills.
  • A motivated, target-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities effectively.

Desirable:

  • Experience within technology, SaaS, software, IT services or another technical B2B environment.
  • An interest in technology and the ability to quickly understand new products and services.

Working Pattern

This is a hybrid position based in Bristol, with approximately 50% of your time spent in the office collaborating with colleagues.
