Junior Business Development Manager - Internal
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm
Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 + commission

PureTech is a family-owned business with its head office based in Hilsea, Hampshire and is a leading provider of CCTV & Security products, distributed through a national network of trade installers. PureTech supply well recognised product brands including Dahua, Viper & Ajax.
The Role of Junior Business Development Manager - Internal
As a Junior Business Development Manager, you will support and help facilitate the development of new business, managing, maintaining and maximising existing business and increasing brand presence and awareness. The role will be based at our Headquarters in Hilsea, Hampshire and will involve calling customers over the phone and face to face meetings when required. Full training will be given for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Business Development Manager - Internal
- Manage a portfolio of accounts for new and existing customers from sales to delivery
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Identify and understand the needs of the customers
- Recommend appropriate products and services
- Build and maintain new and existing accounts
- Produce quotes and proposals for clients
- Work closely with external Key Account Managers
- Ensure all daily orders are processed and dispatched
- Achieve KPI's focused on call statistics, sales figures, and product lines
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Full Training Provided with a progression path towards a Business Development Manager

Your Skills and Experience required for the Junior Business Development Manager - Internal
- Establish good relationships with new clients by using your own initiative
- Ability to work to multiple deadlines / timeframes
- Good telephone manner
- Understand the customer's needs and deliver an excellent customer experience
- Good verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Strong Knowledge in Word, Excel, and Office 365
