Junior Business Development Representative (Full-Cycle Sales)

Rendify is a 3D rendering studio headquartered in Quebec, Canada. We create photorealistic renders, product visuals, and short-form video for furniture brands, architects, and interior designers across North America — and now we're expanding into Australia. Our work is human-led craft, accelerated by an AI pipeline that makes revisions fast. Clients come to us because we're quicker than an agency and better than a freelancer marketplace.
The Role
This is not a book-meetings-and-hand-off BDR seat. You'll run the full sales cycle — and you'll be the first person on the ground for Rendify in Australia.
- Hunt — prospect and cold call into furniture brands, design studios, builders, and developers. Cold calling is core to this job, not a side note.
- Sell — run your own demos and close your own deals.
- Onboard — hand new clients a great first experience and get their first project moving.
- Manage — stay the client's point of contact and grow the account.

What We're Looking For
- Based in the UK or EU with full working rights
- A self-starter — our core team is in Canada, so you'll have a few hours of overlap each day and a lot of trust the rest of the time
- Comfortable on the phone and genuinely willing to cold call
- Organized enough to juggle prospecting, demos, and existing clients in the same week
- Bonus (not required): background or interest in architecture, interior design, construction, or furniture

Training
You'll be trained directly by our Sales Director — live shadowing, a full library of recorded sales/onboarding/client calls, weekly call-review coaching, and your first solo demo within your first couple of weeks. We hire for hunger and coachability, not a long resume.
Compensation
- Base salary £39,000–£43,000, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission on both new deals and recurring client revenue — full-cycle means you keep earning on the accounts you close and keep
- Realistic first-year on-target earnings of £65,000–£85,000+, with no ceiling
