Joinrs: Junior Business Developer

Junior Business Developer

For all 'Junior Business Developer' positions, we offer an apprenticeship contract (initial gross annual salary: £20,000-£22,000 & meal vouchers). You will have the opportunity to train every day through on-the-job training, work fully remotely for as long as you wish, and enjoy unlimited holidays. You will be provided with a latest-generation MacBook.

We are looking for profiles with no experience, as well as profiles with a maximum of 3 years of previous experience.

Activities

Within the team, you may be involved in one or more of these activities:

  • Customer Acquisition: you will be involved in researching and identifying new business opportunities, contributing to the acquisition of new customers. You will learn to conduct market research and identify potential leads.
  • Negotiation and Closing of Contracts: together with the Senior Salesperson, you will actively participate in negotiations with customers, learning negotiation techniques and contributing to the closing of contracts. You will improve your persuasion and objection handling skills.
  • Development of Customer Relations: you will manage relationships with some existing customers, ensuring a high-quality service and looking for growth opportunities. You will learn to understand customer needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: you will contribute to the analysis of sales performance, evaluating the success of the strategies adopted. You will learn to use analytical tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Participation in Events and Fairs: you will be involved in organizing and participating in trade events, fairs, and conferences. You will have the opportunity to present the company's products/services and to expand your network of professional contacts.
  • Continuous Sales Training: you will receive continuous training on sales techniques and the features of the products/services offered. You can participate in workshops and courses to develop your skills in the sales field.

Contract & Salary

For this position, an apprenticeship contract with an initial gross annual salary of £20,000-£22,000 (+ meal vouchers) is foreseen.

The selection process

  • CV Screening: the first step is a screening of the curriculum (usually occurs within 20 days of application).
  • Phone Interview: the second step will involve a phone interview with our HR Manager lasting about 15 minutes.
  • Video Interview: the final step will be a video interview with both the HR Manager and your future manager. We anticipate at least a 45-minute interview.
