About the Role
We’re hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help drive growth across TGS’s AI, cloud and digital transformation solutions.
This is a solution-led outbound role, focused on engaging senior business and technology stakeholders, creating new opportunities, and building pipeline aligned to our strategic alliance partners (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft and others).
What You’ll Do
- Run targeted outbound campaigns across priority industries and accounts
- Engage decision-makers with value-led messaging focused on AI, data and cloud solutions
- Generate and qualify opportunities, booking meetings for senior sales leaders
- Partner closely with Business Development Managers to progress deals
- Use CRM and sales tools to track activity, insights and pipeline

What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in technology sales, AI and digital transformation
- Experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles (preferred)
- Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
- Highly organised, resilient and target-driven
- Strong team player, able to collaborate across sales, alliances and marketing
Career Progression
This role is designed as a launchpad into senior sales roles.
- Clear pathway into Business Development Manager (BDM) positions
- Increasing involvement in qualification, deal shaping and co-selling as you develop
- Ongoing training, coaching and exposure to enterprise clients and complex solution sales
- Opportunity to specialise in high-demand areas such as AI, cloud and alliance-led solutions
