Junior Business Travel Consultant (Remote/Hybrid) – Global Travel Company
A global travel company is seeking to expand its Business Travel team and is offering full training and support to a Junior Business Travel Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of service to all travellers and travel bookers
- Handle travel queries, amendments, and cancellations efficiently and with care
- Demonstrate excellence in account processes and policies, ensuring-compliance with corporate travel programs
- Deliver end-to-end travel solutions in alignment with clients’ policies
- Proactively advise on Passport and Visa requirements for all destinations
- Enhance traveler experiences with proactive recommendations
- Monitor all bookings for fare/rate-saving opportunities until journey completion
Experience Required
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Business Travel Consultant
- Strong working knowledge of GDS reservation systems (essential)
- Preferable: Fares knowledge of both net and published airfares

Package & Benefits
- Competitive starting salary: £26,000 – £28,000
- Fully remote/hybrid role

- Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (standard office hours)
