What You’ll Do
As a key player in our EU Business Team, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving EU marketplace growth through strategic product launches and trading plans, ensuring sales, margin and profit targets are met. Optimise decisions with real-time data on stock, pricing, and promotions.
- Overseeing the full product lifecycle from strategic planning to execution.
- Leading and developing your team to deliver sustained departmental success.
- Collaborating on customer-focused strategies, ensuring go-to-market plans align with our values.
- Using data-driven insights to refine ranges, identify risks, and capitalise on opportunities.
- Ownership of product ranges with a focus on maximising sales and profit, while building global stakeholder relationships.

Who You Are
This role is ideal for Assistant Buyers (Advanced) or those with equivalent experience, driven to grow a global business in a fast-paced environment.
