Junior CAD Operator / Drawing Office Assistant
Salary: Minimum Wage, may be negotiable depending on experience

We are looking for someone to join our Drawing Office at our M&E Building Services Company in Stockton on Tees to assist with the administration and distribution of Project Drawings and Documentation. The right candidate will be a self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and have a proactive approach to work. The right person will be able to work well under pressure and be able to work to changing priorities.

This role will involve:
Document Control:
- Completing Drawing Registers in Microsoft Excel and distributing via Microsoft Teams
- Issuing Drawing Registers to internal project teams and external partners
- Uploading and downloading documents from online portals
- General filing and administration of project folders
- Printing and issuing drawings for site
CAD Work
- Completion of M&E Record Drawings
- General Detail Drawings
- Converting drawings from DWG to PDF

General
- Maintaining Supplies for the printers / plotters
Desirable candidate criteria:
- Admin experience particularly in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, and One Drive.
- Experience with Doc Control, using online Portals
- Qualification / Experience in 2D Autocad, preferably with Mechanical and Electrical Drawings
