Junior Campaign Operations Assistant (Apprentice) – Audience Operations Team

Overview

As we embark on an exciting new phase of our transformation journey, introducing new tools and processes, this is a great opportunity for an exceptional candidate who enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced, high-volume environment to join our highly specialist Audience Operations team, supporting our B2B divisions, Marketing Communication, and Professional.

Role Summary

As a Junior Campaign Operations Assistant (Apprentice), you will be the driving force behind our digital marketing efforts. You’ll start from scratch, learning to use professional marketing software to build audiences, support email campaigns, manage data, and assist our brands in reaching the right audiences.

This is a "learn-as-you-go" role. You don’t need pre-existing skills—just a structured mindset, tech-savviness, strong communication, and a keen attention to detail. As part of your apprenticeship, you’ll complete a Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship delivered by JDA Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing operations team in projects, business-as-usual tasks, and administrative work linked to campaign or marketing activities.
  • Inbox Management: Keep track of bookings, requests, and queries efficiently.
  • Building Email Audiences: Learn to utilise our CDP (Amperity) to create targeted email marketing audiences.
  • Email Creatives: Get hands-on with our "drag-and-drop" tool in Acoustic (ESP) to assist marketers and offshore teams. Develop expertise in designing strong, effective email campaigns.
  • Collaboration with Marketers: Build relationships with stakeholders while ensuring marketing teams’ goals materialise.
  • Data Administration: Organise spreadsheets, documentation, and regularly update systems to maintain order.
  • Compliance Awareness: Gain a solid understanding of GDPR to ensure safe, legal, and ethical communication with audiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
