About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Change Manager to join a growing consultancy delivering digital transformation and Microsoft 365 projects for enterprise clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in Change Management, working alongside experienced consultants to deliver people-focused change, drive user adoption, and support organisations through technology transformation.
You'll gain hands-on experience across Microsoft 365 environments, helping clients maximise the adoption of new technologies through effective stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and behavioural change initiatives.

- Support the planning and delivery of organisational change and user adoption activities.
- Assist with stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and change readiness initiatives.
- Create engaging communications, training materials, and user guidance.
- Help deliver workshops and training sessions to support successful adoption.
- Monitor user adoption, engagement, and feedback, recommending improvements where needed.
- Maintain change documentation and ensure activities align with recognised change management frameworks.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to deliver successful digital transformation programmes.
About You
You'll have:
- 4-6 years' experience in Change Management, Project Support, Business Change, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting IT, digital transformation or Microsoft 365 projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organisational and analytical abilities.

Desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams.
- Exposure to change methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
- Experience creating training or communication materials.
- Change Management certification (Prosci or similar).
