Junior Change Manager (M365 Purview) Remote UK to £38k
Are you looking to build a career in Change Management, helping organisations successfully adopt new technologies and ways of working? You could be progressing your career at a leading European technology consultancy that have close links with Microsoft.
As a Junior Change Manager you'll play a key role in supporting the people side of change, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive user engagement, adoption and behavioural change across Microsoft 365 and wider business transformation programmes. It's an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating complex ideas clearly and wants to develop into a well-rounded Change Management professional.
The Role
You'll help plan and deliver change activities that ensure new systems, processes and technologies are embraced across the business. Working alongside experienced Change Managers, you'll support stakeholder engagement, communications, training and user adoption initiatives, helping employees navigate change and maximise the value of new digital solutions. You'll also monitor adoption metrics, gather user feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of change strategies and frameworks.

Location / WFH:
There's a remote first policy so you'll be able to work from home on a full-time basis.
About You
- You have achieved a 2.1 or above from a top tier university (e.g. Russel Group, Oxbridge)
- You have commercial experience in Change Management, Business Change, Project Support, PMO or Digital Transformation
- You have an understanding of change management principles, user adoption and stakeholder engagement
- You have excellent communication and relationship building skills with the confidence to work across all levels of the business
- You have a good knowledge of Purview, Microsoft 365, digital workplace technologies or organisational transformation
- You're comfortable with AI and keen to adopt it more
- You have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- You have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret feedback and adoption data
- You are eligible to receive SC Clearance (UK citizen and UK based for past 5 years)
