Overview

Valere Capital Partners is seeking a proactive and organized Junior Client Engagement Coordinator to work closely with and support the Client Engagement Manager in the day-to-day management of client engagement activities, relationship coordination, and business support functions.

This is a hands-on coordination role focused on maintaining accurate client and contact information, supporting relationship management activities, coordinating meetings and events, and helping ensure the smooth running of day-to-day client engagement processes across the business.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Client Engagement team to support relationship management, business development activities, and database coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement Support

  • Maintain and develop client contact records.
  • Conduct research to identify role changes, departures, and updates to client information.
  • Assist with client engagement initiatives and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and networking activities.
  • Assist with preparing client lists, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of relationship interactions and engagement activity.
  • Support event attendance tracking and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Assist with research into prospective clients, law firms, and the market.
  • Provide support on ad hoc projects and undertake other tasks as required to support the needs of the business.
  • Provide support with LinkedIn posts and other business communications.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating website content.

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Approximately 1-2 years' experience in administrative, client services, business development coordination, or a similar support role.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Mail Merge.
  • Experience preparing professional presentations, reports, and business materials.
  • Comfortable maintaining and updating databases, client records, and contact information.

  • Experience supporting client engagement, business development, or relationship management activities.

Job details

  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Hybrid working (three days per week in the office).
  • Standard working hours: 9:00am–6:00pm.
