Programme Duration: 24 Months
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Client Manager Graduate to join our International Team in April 2026. Our graduate scheme is designed to develop our future talent by giving you real responsibility from day one. You’ll join a dynamic International team who will support you throughout with structured training, exciting projects, and invaluable industry experience. During your time on the programme, you will get the opportunity to understand Evri and the International Operations and will complete a Sales Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship to develop your Commercial knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities
- You’ll be seeking potential clients through telephone, email, internet, and face-to-face company visits. Your clients will include cross-border logistics companies, top sellers, and eCommerce platforms.
- You’ll be supporting to achieve sales targets by offering the best logistics solutions for current and potential clients.
- You’ll assist the Account Manager with existing clients by managing service enhancements, risk mitigation, and solutions.
- You’ll regularly visit your client portfolio to ensure relationships are maintained and clients’ needs are effectively understood.
- You’ll draft contracts and support with pre-onboarding preparation including the cargo collection plan in the UK, daily operation process, track and trace, discrepancy, invoicing, and follow-ups.
- You’ll complete daily monitoring of service levels to ensure tasks are on track and SLAs are met.
- You’ll receive mentoring and join a network of emerging talent through our EVRi Emerging Talent Development programme.

This role is a hybrid role based from either our Rugby or Heathrow Hub and requires regular travel (approximately 2–3 days per week).
Qualifications Required
- A minimum of 2:2 degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, International Trading, Project Management or any other related field.
- Demonstrable communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to learn, curious, and resilient.
- Creative thinking with a positive sense of initiative and eager to learn.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and time management skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to turn data into actions.
- Excellent commercial acumen and presentation skills.
- Computer literate and confident with the MS Office suite.
- Fluent in Mandarin (preferred).
- Full clean UK driving licence.
