ABOUT PRESTIGE

Prestige Corporate Events is one of the UK's fastest-growing corporate hospitality businesses. Our clients buy premium experiences at Royal Ascot, Cheltenham, the Monaco Grand Prix, Henley and the other fixtures that define the corporate calendar. We have offices in Croydon and Leicester and a sales floor that has doubled in the last six months.

THE ROLE

We are hiring a Junior Client Success Executive to sit at the heart of the post-sale client experience. Every client we sell to needs to be looked after from the moment they say yes through to the moment they walk out of the event and tell someone else about it. That is your remit.

You will be the client's point of contact between contract and event: chasing payments so nothing slips, calling clients in the run-up to make sure they are ready and excited, and following up after the event to capture the reviews that fuel our next wave of growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Collect payments from clients: track outstanding balances, chase professionally and persistently, and make sure every booking is settled before the event
  • Call clients in the days and weeks before their event to confirm logistics, answer questions and make sure they arrive ready to enjoy it
  • Follow up with clients after every event to collect reviews, testimonials and referrals
  • Keep our CRM clean and up to date so the wider team always knows where each client stands
  • Flag risks early - a payment that is drifting, a client who has gone quiet, a review that is lukewarm, and work with the sales team to resolve them
