🚀 Role Mission
The Junior Client Success Manager will drive excellent client experience by:
- Delivering high customer satisfaction across their portfolio of clients.
- Ensuring day-to-day client needs are met by delivery teams whilst identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction.
- Converting positive relationships into upsell opportunities and additional revenue.
✏️ Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, balancing individual needs within their allocation.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with office managers, lead tenants, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Proactively monitor the client experience and service delivery—paying close attention to:
- Service requests
- Internal/external communications
- Health and safety procedures
- Escalate promptly when clients encounter issues, collaborating with Senior Operations Managers and Senior Account Managers as needed.
- Hit or exceed KPIs in proactive client updates (e.g. delivery timelines, service milestones).
- Drive client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth through engaged communication.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities corresponding to client needs.
- Create a pipeline of commercial and expansion opportunities for Senior Managers to convert into deals.

About You
