Junior Client Success Manager
Junior Client Success Manager – Kitt

🚀 Role Mission
The Junior Client Success Manager will drive an exceptional client experience by:
- Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction across their portfolio
- Turning satisfaction into revenue through upsell opportunities and additional services
- Proactively identifying and acting on revenue growth initiatives
✏️ Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships
- Maintain engagement with office managers, lead tenants, and influencers
- Monitor and enhance the day-to-day client experience, including service requests, health & safety procedures
- Escalate issues proactively, collaborating with senior teams where needed
- Exceed KPIs for proactive client updates and outreach
- Foster client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth through proactive engagement
- Identify and convert opportunities for upsells and cross-selling
- Develop a strategic pipeline of commercial & expansion opportunities
