We are currently looking for a Junior Commercial Account Executive to join our Commercial team.

Main Responsibilities
- To provide support to the Commercial Account Manager and Account Executives to meet business requirements.
- To provide excellent customer service and managing the accounts mailboxes ensuring the customer’s needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- To Provide support to the continuous improvement policies.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the account base to meet and exceed business expectations.
- To be highly proactive and engaging in all elements of the Commercial Account Executive role.
What experience and skills are we looking for?
Junior
- Work collaboratively across HealthNet’s teams to create and deliver our plans.
- Organise and Support account reviews both internally and externally ensuring minutes and actions are clear and accurate.
- Carry out regular auditing on data that is shared with the customer ensuring accuracy.
- Provide proactive, trusted support to customer accounts.
- Perform account-specific administrative tasks, with a keen eye for the detail and urgency.
Mid-Level
- To support the capture of requests from internal and external customers and manage the completion of the tasks.
- Work collaboratively across HealthNet’s teams to create and deliver our plans.
- Facilitate account reviews both internally and externally.
- To provide ad hoc support to external customers ensuring timely resolution.
- Carry out regular auditing on data that is shared with the customer ensuring accuracy.
- Provide proactive, trusted support to customer accounts.
- Perform account-specific administrative tasks, with a keen eye for the detail and urgency.

Senior
- To support the capture of requests from internal and external customers and manage the completion of the tasks.
- Work collaboratively across HealthNet’s teams to create and deliver our plans.
- To provide ad-hoc support to the Sales team to meet business requirements.
- Own and Facilitate account reviews both internally and externally.
- To provide ad hoc support to external customers ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure a seamless onboarding process and customer experience.
- Carry out regular auditing on data that is shared with the customer ensuring accuracy.
- Provide proactive, trusted support to customer accounts.
- Perform account-specific administrative tasks, with a keen eye for the detail and urgency.
- Demonstrate mentoring and coaching of colleagues.
Across All Levels
- To maintain good housekeeping.
- To follow and always promote relevant SOPs and Company policy and procedure to ensure patient safety.
- To contribute to HealthNet’s commitment to continuous improvement by forwarding your suggestions to appropriate persons.
- Continuous development of personal, professional and technical skillset.
- Any other duties commensurate with the experience and grade of the role.
- Know the Company strategy and make sure what you do on a day-to-day basis is in line with the strategic objectives.

Essential:
- Strong written and oral skills.
- Strong organisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Homecare Industry useful but not essential.
- Excellent Microsoft office skillset particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
- Ability to navigate third party systems and understand functionality.
- Experience in presenting analysis in a nontechnical way.
