Company Description

At Streem, we are building the next generation SaaS platform to empower the commercial management of renewable energy assets. Our mission is to accelerate the energy transition by enabling asset managers, investors, direct marketers and operators to extract more value from their renewable portfolios.

Job Description

At Streem Energy, we are looking for an ambitious and curious Junior Commercial Manager to join our growing commercial team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to combine their passion for renewable energy with a long-term career in commercial roles.

You'll receive mentoring, hands-on training and exposure across the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and account management to enterprise sales and strategic commercial discussions. Working alongside experienced Commercial Managers, you'll develop into a well-rounded commercial professional while helping Streem continue its growth across Europe.

France is currently our flagship market, but you'll also support commercial activities in other European regions depending on your language skills.

In this role, you will:

  • Support lead generation activities across France and other European markets aligned with your language capabilities.
  • Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and build qualified prospect lists.
  • Generate outbound opportunities through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, and other prospecting activities.
  • Support the commercial team with conference preparation, including identifying target attendees, booking meetings, and representing Streem at industry events alongside senior colleagues when required.
  • Progress self-generated opportunities through the sales cycle, with coaching and support from the wider commercial team.
  • Learn and support account management best practices by managing a small portfolio of customers, helping nurture relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist with commercial administration, including CRM management, reporting, proposal preparation, and sales documentation.
  • Work closely with senior colleagues on both transactional and enterprise sales opportunities to learn different sales approaches.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Streem's products, customers, and the renewable energy market.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with internal teams to help improve our products and commercial strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
