About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Compliance Administrator to join our Compliance and Risk team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are interested in governance, regulatory compliance, business operations, and risk management.

As a Junior Compliance Administrator, you will support the day-to-day compliance activities of the business by maintaining records, monitoring documentation, assisting with internal audits, and ensuring company policies and regulatory requirements are followed. This fully remote role offers excellent exposure to compliance frameworks and corporate governance while building a strong foundation for a career in compliance and risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organise compliance documentation and records.
  • Assist with internal compliance reviews and audits.
  • Monitor policy updates and regulatory changes.
  • Support the preparation of compliance reports and documentation.
  • Track mandatory employee training and compliance deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documentation.
  • Assist with risk assessments and compliance monitoring activities.
  • Maintain accurate records within compliance management systems.
  • Support investigations relating to compliance issues when required.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the compliance function.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

  • Internship or placement experience in compliance, administration, finance, legal support, or business operations.
  • Basic understanding of regulatory compliance and corporate governance principles.
  • Familiarity with document management or compliance management systems.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, AML, or ISO standards is advantageous but not essential.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Power BI or reporting tools is a plus.
