About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Compliance Officer to join our growing team. This role is heavily focused on customer-facing compliance activities, particularly completing security and due diligence questionnaires.
You will become a subject matter expert in our product to confidently and accurately respond to customer security queries, while also supporting internal compliance initiatives such as ISO and SOC 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Security & Compliance Questionnaires
- Own and manage the completion of customer due diligence requests, including security questionnaires, RFPs, and vendor assessments
- Act as the central point of contact for all customer compliance and security queries
- Develop deep product knowledge to provide accurate, consistent, and high-quality responses
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to gather and validate information

- Additional Responsibilities
- Support ISO and SOC 2 audit processes, including control monitoring and evidence collection
- Assist in maintaining internal compliance documentation and controls
- Participate in internal audits and track remediation activities
- Contribute to improving processes for handling customer compliance requests
Requirements
- Recent university graduate or early-career candidate with an interest in compliance, information security, risk, or audit
- Strong written communication skills, especially for structured customer-facing responses
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to learn technical product information and translate it into clear compliance responses
- Interest in ISO 27001, SOC 2, customer due diligence, and security questionnaires
- Proactive, organised, and able to prioritise work in a deadline-driven environment
Nice to Have
- Experience completing security questionnaires or working with RFPs
- Exposure to SaaS or technology environments
