Job Title: Junior Concept Artist with AI Design
Contract Type: Full Time

Overview
You are at the beginning of your creative journey and are passionate about design and curious about the future of digital art. As a Junior Concept Artist with AI Design, you will join a multidisciplinary creative team that blends imagination, design and technology to craft visuals that move audiences across industries. You will help to shape high-impact, high quality, visual content across a multitude of outputs, from initial storyboarding and advertising campaigns to short films and architectural concepts that see you blend design and craft with intelligent tools that bring new ideas to life. You will assist in concept development, digital asset creation and the early stages of visual storytelling, while learning how AI tools can enhance creativity without replacing the artist’s hand. This role is perfect for someone who wants to adapt between traditional artistry and emerging AI-driven workflows, who is eager to grow and experiment and build a solid creative foundation in a fast-evolving artistic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design team in developing digital artworks, illustrations and concepts across multiple projects.
- Assist in preparing assets for production and ensure they meet project specifications.
- Create stylised or photorealistic designs that applies traditional digital tools and AI-assisted techniques for ideation, mood board development or visual image creation.
- Collaborating across the different departments and the project/senior leads to turn concepts into visuals throughout varies stages of the projects.
- Animate and evolve static visuals using AI-assisted motion tools to explore narrative, rhythm and emotion.
- Collaborate and work closely across all departments during the final stages of projects to help assist and complete tasks necessary for post-production such as comping in assets, people refinement, grading and adding additional atmosphere.
- Ensure visual imagery and storytelling remains consistent between all departments and artists during the project stages.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute with innovative visual ideas.
- Translate static assets into moving images through AI.
- During the initial ideation phase of projects, use multiple resources and methods of research to develop independent ideas.
- Continuously and independently learn and develop your photoshop skills to complement inhouse workflows.
- Respond positively to feedback, demonstrating adaptability and growth mindset.

- A strong foundation as a digital artist with an understanding of design principles including composition, colour and storytelling.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar digital art tools.
- Excellent sketching and painting skills.
- An interest in AI-powered design tools.
- A portfolio that reflects artistic curiosity and potential.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced creative environment.
