Salary: £27,340 - £41,841 (depending on office location and proven ability)
Reports to: Head of Construction
Location: Milton Keynes, Birmingham or London (minimum of two days a week in the office. You can do more than two days if preferable)

The Role
The Digital Construction International Programme (DCIP) is a flagship UK government trade programme that brings together governments, infrastructure owners and industry partners worldwide to advance digital construction. By promoting the adoption of international best practice in information management and BIM, the programme supports improved infrastructure outcomes, knowledge exchange and international collaboration.
We are looking for a new team member that is keen to develop their career in the construction sector working as part of the Construction team on the Digital Construction International Programme.
The following skills are required:
- Coordination activities to support meetings, events, knowledge management and broader programme operational excellence
- Undertaking research and market analysis, both desk based and primary research through workshops and stakeholder engagements
- Report writing and compiling of information to support production of credible, high impact outputs
- Events support and delivery (e.g. preparation of materials for events)
- Management and curation of content such as case studies, marketing materials and other content

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to bids and proposals
- Ensure CRM system is updated and data is provided as requested
- Undertake research related to opportunities
- Coordinate inputs required for internal stakeholder meetings
- Provide high quality project and colleague support
- Adhere to project plans and project management process
- Proactively identify gaps in data and data availability
- Individual contributor/project support
- Provide insights and data to support stakeholder activity
- Collaborate with record owners to ensure accuracy
- Maintain own professional development
- Complete required professional/qualification as required (apprentice population)
- Ensure an ethos of equity, inclusivity and diversity underpin your work activity, contribute to inclusive innovation across all Catapult activities
- You may be required to undertake any other reasonable duties to support the Catapult in achieving its strategic outcomes and ensure effective business operations
