ETL Global UK is a fully integrated professional services group, made up of 1.7K professionals across the UK. We’re looking for a creative, dedicated individual to join our marketing team as a Junior Content Creator.

This is a role built for someone early in their career who wants to develop across editorial, social, email, and SEO marketing within a professional services environment.

You'll work from briefs and research to produce content that's accurate, well-structured, and commercially aware. The position suits someone with strong written communication skills, a genuine interest in business and current affairs, and the motivation and versatility to contribute to a variety of different areas within our team.

  • Drafting articles, news pieces, and thought leadership content from briefs and research.
  • Creating and editing social media content across LinkedIn and other professional channels.
  • Supporting email marketing campaigns and newsletter production.
  • Contributing to SEO content creation, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
  • Proofreading and editing content for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Repurposing long-form content into social, email, and web formats.
  • Researching industry trends, legislation, and business developments.
  • Helping to maintain content calendars and campaign schedules.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A genuine interest in writing and an understanding of marketing practices.
  • The ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences.
  • An interest in business, professional services, or current affairs.
  • Willingness to develop knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing.
  • A proactive approach and desire to grow within the role.

Desirable experience:

  • Writing for websites, publications, blogs, or social media.
  • A good understanding of SEO principles.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
